Escape to West Cork’s beautiful Bere Island for a 4-night adventure retreat hosted at Wild Atlantic Glamping.

Immerse yourself in nature with daily forest yoga, meditation, sea swimming, kayaking, and nature walks.

Indulge in nourishing meals and cosy up in a beautiful bell tent, drifting off to the sound of the sea. Join us for yin yoga and delicious dinners by the fire, complete with toasted marshmallows.

End your retreat with a sunrise meditation by the water before enjoying a final breakfast together. This holistic experience offers a complete break from everyday life, allowing you to reconnect with yourself and the natural world.

There is an opportunity for one to one Reiki & Shamanic sessions or Biodynamic Cranio-Sacral sessions with Aoife on the Saturday of the retreat.

These must be booked in advance and are available on a first come, first served basis.

1. Single Occupancy: €777 (shared bathroom)
2. Twin Occupancy: €666 (shared bathroom)

The retreat costs include kayaking, yoga, food, and accommodation.

*Please note that the ferry and one-to-one sessions with Aoife are additional costs.

Facilities are available for those who wish to bring their food.

To confirm your place, a non-refundable deposit of €200 must be paid at the booking stage. The remaining balance is due two weeks before the retreat and is non-refundable and non-transferable once paid in full.
