Bere Island Sailing Week
Have you ever dreamed of sailing away from it all? Now you can learn the joy of sailing when you take part in Bere Island Sailing Week.
The annual Sailing Week is an exciting opportunity to develop sailing skills off the stunning West Cork coast. There are two courses, kids (10-18 years) and adults, which will run for half days across two or three days.
Training boats will include Topaz dinghies, made available by the Irish Sailing Association and some bigger training boats. The course will be practical, with most of the training delivered on the water with some classroom theory.
The intention is to run the course at Lawrence Cove near Rerrin.
Sailing Week is a firm favourite on the Bere Island event calendar for its fun-filled and engaging learning environment.
