Enjoy a yoga and kayaking weekend on Heir Island off the beautiful coastline of West Cork.
Heir Island is a beautiful little island off the coast of West Cork, It has 7 beaches, majestic cliffs and only 25 year-round residents. It is the perfect spot for a yoga and kayaking adventure!
Retreaters will stay at the gorgeous Roaringwater Lodge Guest House and will enjoy delicious vegetarian cuisine. Accommodation is based on twin/double sharing with some private rooms. All rooms are en-suite (see heirislandsailingschool.com for more information).
Classes will be held in the stunning, purpose-built Heir Island Retreat Centre, just a two-minute lazy walk along the bay from the guest house. The centre has a beautiful studio overlooking the ocean as well as a chill out room, therapy room, kitchenette and bathroom.
