Christine will share her passion and extensive knowledge of seaweeds and sea vegetables and teach you how to use them in delicious and nourishing everyday recipes. Enjoy a lunch of seaweed-inspired soup, bread and more.

Then take in a guided walk around the meandering island boreens foraging for edible land delicacies.
