Slow down, let yourself relax, and enjoy a weekend of self-care on magical Heir Island in West Cork…
Join Cork City yoga teacher Ian Revins from Santosha Yoga for a weekend dedicated completely to self-care. Unplug, rest, and repair will be our mantra! Ian says, “All too often we are the first to advise others to take time for themselves to help balance their fast paced lives. Unfortunately it’s not many of us that heed our own advice! By investing this time in yourself, you ensure that you can show up best for all the important people in your life.”
This weekend is open to students of all levels and is suitable for adults and teenagers.
